How long do prints last?
All prints are made using Canon© dye-sublimation printing technology and Canon© photo paper that is certified 100-year archival quality by Canon©--so your memories will be preserved for generations to come.
How many prints can I expect to get in a typical hour?
At least 30, but not more than 45, prints shall be processed each hour.
Can I download copies of my prints?
Your photos will be placed in an online gallery for no additional charge. You may download, at no additional charge, digital copies that can be shared in e-mails or on network sites like Facebook.
Can I order additional prints or other products that feature my photo(s)?
You can also order additional prints as well as t-shirts, mugs, and other products featuring your photo(s) using the “Buy” feature in the online gallery.
Can I get a complete copy of the original digital files?
The original digital files may be provided to you on a DVD for an additional charge of $250. If you choose this option, you may make additional prints at a later time at any photo-processor with no photographer royalties.
